Pumpkin Squares

4 eggs
1 15-ounce can pumpkin
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil until well blended, then add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Mix until smooth, then spread batter in an ungreased 10×15-inch baking pan (use 9×13-inch pan for fluffier consistency).
Bake for 25-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, then allow to cool.
1 3-ounce package cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
Beat together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy, then add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
Spread over cake and cut into squares.
